These terms apply when you buy or use The First 30 Days Protocol. Buying the program means you accept them.

1. What you are buying

The First 30 Days Protocol is a digital educational program delivered as an online member portal. It contains a 30-day daily training plan, a bonus vault of five guides and checklists, and — if you added it at checkout — the Breed Decoder Pack.

It is not a physical product, a downloadable file, a live class, or one-to-one coaching. There is nothing to ship and nothing to install.

2. Price and payment

The program is a one-time payment of $79 USD. The optional Breed Decoder Pack is a one-time $19 USD added at checkout. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no upsell billed later. Payment is processed by Stripe.

3. Access

Access is granted the moment your payment succeeds. You log in at /portal using the email address you purchased with — there is no password. We call it lifetime access, meaning: for as long as we operate this program, with no expiry date on your account. If we ever shut the program down, we will give existing members reasonable notice and a way to keep what they need.

4. What you may and may not do with it

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the program for your own household's dogs. You may print pages for your own use and share them with people living in your home.

You may not resell it, republish it, post its contents publicly, share your login, or use it to run a training business or class. The content is protected by copyright.

5. This is education, not veterinary advice

The program is general educational content for typical, healthy puppies. It is not veterinary advice, not a behavioural diagnosis, and not a substitute for a professional who can actually see your dog.

Consult your veterinarian or a certified professional trainer or behaviourist (CPDT-KA / IAABC) promptly if your puppy shows aggression, bites that break skin, escalating resource guarding, genuine panic when left alone, or any fear that spreads instead of fading — and for any health concern at all.

You remain responsible for your dog, for supervising interactions with children and other animals, and for complying with local laws on dogs, vaccination, and leashing.

6. Results

We do not promise a specific outcome. Puppies are individuals; results depend on your dog's age, temperament and history, and on how consistently you actually do the daily work. What we do promise is in section 7.

7. Refunds

A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to every purchase. The full policy, including how to request one, is on the refund page and forms part of these terms.

Where you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase (for example, the 14-day right for consumers in the UK and EU), our 30-day guarantee is longer and more generous, and we will always apply whichever is better for you.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into, disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the site or the member portal. We may suspend access that is shared, resold, or used to redistribute the content, without a refund.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from the program or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your non-excludable rights as a consumer.

10. Changes

We may improve or update the program's content; that is normal and included in your access. If we change these terms materially, we will update the date above and notify existing members by email.

11. Your local law applies

Wherever you live, you keep every consumer protection your own country gives you — nothing in these terms takes any of that away. If some part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable where you are, the rest still stands.
